Daylesford Office

56 Vincent Street (03) 5348-2225

The Daylesford practice has its origins in the later part of the 19th century when Daylesford was a gold mining town. The practice can by direct succession trace its roots back well over a century.

The practice has always been a "country practice" by necessity, offering a large range of services to its clients ranging from:
  • Conveyancing - including general law conveyancing
  • Adverse possession applications
  • Wills and probate, applications pursuant to Part IV of the administration and Probate seeking provision in Wills and Estates
  • Family Law
  • Elder Law, generally attending to the need and assistance of senior citizens
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Commercial law (Magistrates Court, County Court and Supreme Court)
  • Adoptions
  • Leases.
The Practice has occupied the building at 56 Vincent Street, Daylesford for what is believed to be over 100 years.

Externally and internally, the building remains in its original state.

Our Daylesford office is managed by Robyn Loper and is open from 1pm until 5pm Monday to Friday. Neale Gribble, Tim Wills and Julian Houzet attend the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon respectively.
